A. The Biscotti Bar.

That’s right, The Biscotti Bar is the answer.  We didn’t invent biscotti.  We made it better.  We broke the rules of tradition.  We innovated.  We made it American and we made it better by setting an American standard for taste, texture, and artistic composition.

Our Plymouth, Michigan based Biscotti Bar makes a refreshingly soft textured and great tasting Americanized organic and natural biscotti that can be dipped in coffee, tea, ice-cream, or molten chocolate; and the Biscotti Bar biscotti can also be deliciously eaten as a stand alone superior organic cookie that can compete in head to head taste tests with any organic or non-organic carb-loaded pastry, cookie or other baked good on the market.  

Our current product line includes organic, natural and authentically Michigan made biscotti (regular & gluten free), cookies, baklava, bread pudding, organic fair-trade coffee& organic & natural teas.  We will also be adding organic cupcakes to our menu at the end of April.

Specialized biscotti come in an assortment of colors and designs, perfect for that special occasion or as wedding favors.
